What We Do

Change Process Management + -
The design and facilitation of a change process within an organization that is developed in partnership with the client and includes employee participation, stakeholder engagement and key decision points. We work with our clients to leverage the resident knowledge and expertise through a variety of group engagements that also serve to build broad ownership of a change mandate. Change often includes a range of strategic considerations such as responding to growth opportunities, market or regulatory conditions, as well as organizational cultural and structural challenges.

Examples are redesign of organization, major business growth initiatives, product development innovation, cultural change efforts as well as more traditional strategic planning.
Performance Management + -
The design and implementation of feedback mechanisms which enable both management teams and Boards of Directors to understand, learn from and improve their skills and their business and governance performance. Performance measurement tools are custom built according to the needs of the client and are generally of two kinds:
(1) the management dashboard for a business, and
(2) the individual performance and behaviour expectations for leaders. The latter are often delivered through a 360 degree feedback tools which can be used for both senior managers and for Directors.

Examples are 360 feedback for senior leaders and governors/directors and design/development of business management systems, resources and disciplines.
Leadership Coaching + -
The regular engagement of individuals in a systematic process of personal coaching and development through which greater effectiveness as a leader results. The design of the coaching plan is customized to the needs of the client and responds to development goals of the individual and the performance feedback outcomes.

Examples are personal coaching sessions for leaders and their teams.
Team Based Problem Solving + -
Facilitating the enablement of a team to solve a business problem in order to both deliver a desired business outcome and build team relationships. We work with clients to improve team performance and align team function with the requirements of the organization.

Examples are teams established to create new products, grow revenue, improve sales effectiveness, design organizations, prioritize technology investment, expand manufacturing facilities, etc., etc.
Management and Board Retreats + -
The design and facilitation of a series of workshops, meetings and conferences intended to create productive dialogue among managers in order to solve a business challenge, exploit a growth opportunity or shift the direction of the business. Often three questions form the basis of these kinds of workshops: How will we compete successfully (What is our business strategy)? How will we organize for success (What is the optimal organization structure and function)? How will we allocate resources for success (How should we spend out money and measure success)?

Examples are management and board retreats, leadership conferences and team workshops.
