xxOur clients are organization leaders who are looking for help for one of their people or for themselves. The learner has typically reached a barrier or plateau, or is simply wondering what more they might be capable of.
What do we offer?
Successful coaching comprises two parts: assessment and implementation. While assessment is critical, the real magic happens in meaningful conversation between the coach and their client. They begin to understand and get excited about how they'll implement their action plans.
xxAnd we use something called "chemistry" that's un-quantifiable, yet rare and powerful. It's the rapport between two professionals who respect each other's gifts and trust each other's values.
What distinguishes our approach?
We hold up the mirror in a warm and accepting way. The learner is enabled and encouraged to choose key challenge areas in which to achieve change.
How do we set you up for success?
We offer you a coach who is a non-judgmental and highly personal resource - a coach who believes in you and your ability to learn and grow will create the synergy to move you past obstacles. We also insist on the prerequisites for success: The organization must be willing to give the learner time and support to achieve change; the learner must agree that change is needed; and the learner must feel comfortable working with us.
What are the tools we use?
We use 360-degree feedback followed by a series of one-on-one sessions. We then build an action plan and support its implementation.
