What are our clients looking for?
Our clients are looking for solutions to these kinds of situations:
A senior leader may have a mission-critical project team (or a senior executive team) that has reached some barriers. They may tell us, "We revisit the same issues over and over" or they may feel that there are certain issues they can't discuss. There may be someone on the team with whom the team members find it difficult to work. Or a leader may be frustrated by the team's seeming inability to achieve results.
xxIt's uncomfortable for a leader not to know the answer to the question, "What do we do next?" We help you find that answer.

What do we offer?
We offer sensitive and skillful facilitation to help your group examine the "un-discussables." We get beneath the surface behaviors and reasons for lack of success to help your team uncover the real barriers. We climb those barriers with your team, sharing the skills that help you to resolve your own issues..

What distinguishes our approach?
Most of us have grown up fearing conflict. Conflict is, however, an important source of information, without which our decisions would be less rich. We create a safe environment in which our clients can use conflict creatively, build their skills, and feel and be more successful

How do we set you up for success?
We work with your project or executive team, facilitating their discussion of the real business issues that they need to resolve. At the same time, we make 'transparent' the skills involved in reaching the goal.

What tools do we use?
We use a conflict resolution skill called "deep dialogue." Deep dialogue is a method of surfacing and working with conflict between individuals or within groups. We learn what can be learned from the conflict and move to a common ground, to a deeper level of understanding.
