What is my personal philosophy?
In all my work, I strive to build my clients' capacity to think, plan, engage others, and mobilize effective change. I believe that their learning and growth are just as valuable as the new directions and choices they adopt.

xxWhile bringing them new tools, models, processes, and perspectives, I intend never to substitute my beliefs for theirs, nor pressure them to accept answers that they do not find credible.
