Morrey specializes in strategy and organizational change for private companies, public and not-for-profit clients, and organizations covering a range of professions. He is dedicated to helping leadership teams give life to strategic and organizational change programs by enlisting all organizational levels in their execution and ongoing improvement. Though he may be recruited initially to guide his client's leaders on a specific project or initiative, he finds that, over time, his mandate evolves into counseling the organization on its wider strategic change and corporate development agenda. more
